You may create a fresh login, with a new mail id and password and within that you will be needed to click the check boxes for import of last year's data (if applied in PGP 2017-18 only). Once you are through with this page, you will be required to move to the "application details page", enter your previous year's application reference number and year (2017-18) and click "preview and continue" and then "save and submit" to save the details within page. Only after this action, the import of data could be possible. Please note, while you could be tagged as a re-applicant, if you provide the application reference number and year, it will certainly not be possible to re-use the data/information or the evaluations, if you happen to apply in the earlier years.
